  1. Get 200 g of Oats.
  2. Use 100 g of Wheatflour.

  4. Use 1 of Capsicum chopped.

  1. Grind oats in a grinder jar, add wheat flour,salt,curd and water.
  2. Make a batter and rest for 10 mins.
  3. Now heat a pan apply oil and spread a spoon of batter,spread chopped vegetable on it.
  4. Cover a lid and keep medium flame, cook for 2 mins,after 2 min open lid and flip another side.
  5. Cook for another 2 mins,After 2 mins take it out from pan.
  6. Serve with coconut chutney.
  7. Note :- 1)Don't flip fast,once uttapam cooked for 2 min after that flip into another side,2)You can mix all veggies in batter before preparing.
